The included safety hook allows you to attach the mount to the dash to ensure it doesn't slip, even under the bumpiest of conditions. This is the perfect solution for drivers in California and Minnesota where windshield-mounting your GPS is prohibited!
This base is not limited to just GPS mounts. No matter what electronic device suction mount you have, you can easily mount it on you dash without purchasing a new mount. It will even work with any suction mount made by RAM Mounts.
