BACK ROADS
Good maps, would be nice to be able to use it on the computer right out of the box without having to get another program to read it.

GREAT ADDITION
Pros: great detailed map for all my adventuring needs.
Cons: haven'tt found any y
This new map is quite expensive but sure seems to carry huge ammounts of information. It also seems to be very accurate and that should help out with the geocaching.

BACKROAD MAP TESTED OK
Pros: very good system high reliability
Cons: takes a while to learn the exactness required
I have found the garmin to be a really good gps system. There are some bugs however...one is that the name must be exact to get a response for the address you are going to. It could be a litte less strict or allow more choices. It is up to date as far as maps go and gives good details. I use it every day. The advanced version (backroad map) has a lot more detail and makes hiking simple.

I drive logging truck in northern BC and was extreamly surprised at the detail and correct naming of the logging roads and the listing of the roads that are not presently being used but are still accessible. 150%
