Garmin Oregon 550 - This is one of the newer units on the market but it offers some great benefits. It has a large 3" touch screen with a very easy to navigate menu system. It has a built in Camera that will geo-tag photos so you can provide accurate information in the field to others. It has wireless capabilities for sharing GPS data in the field.
