GiSTEQ, makers of the PhotoTrackr and TripBook, are well known for their use in geotagging, business trip data management, and many other personal tracking methods. CES 2010 showcased GiSTEQ's most recent geotagging aid, the PhotoTrackr Mini, which displays many of the same qualities as it's predecessor, the PhotoTrackr. Guardian, by GiSTEQ, is a GPS-GSM based vehicle security system. Including features such as real-time tracking, notifications if the vehicle is moved, security SMS alerts (low battery or car alarm) and configurable Geo-fences. These features are perfect for fleet management, or teenage drivers. The PhotoTrackr and TripBook serve similar purposes, with the PhotoTrackr geared towards geotagging; allowing users to coordinate a GPS location to their photo, and share it with an online community. The TripBook captures mileage details, then offers the user the ability to create and maintain date, mileage reports and cost records.
