 Garmin is rapidly releasing units that cover many parts of the world. Most recently the announcement of the Nuvi 1310 and Nuvi 1410, which have extensive Israel coverage as well as North American maps. These 2 units are ultra-slim, widescreen navigators that offer assistance when travelling through Israel. Key features include spoken directions with the text-to-speech option, lane assist to preview the exits and turns well in advance and Bluetooth wireless connection to work with most cellphones. Those who already own a Garmin Nuvi, preloaded with North American maps, can add Israel coverage via the preloaded MicroSD/SD data card.
