A Flash Mob is scheduled for midnight on New Years Eve in Tallahassee, Florida! The gathering will commence at 11:55pm on the 31st, just in time for the countdown to 2011. At one minute past midnight on 1/1/11, the first Tallahassee geocache will be claimed! ***Flash Mob*** A large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual act for a brief period of time, then disperse.
