usually predetermined location, perform some brief action, and then
quickly disperse.

Schedule:
Prior to 7:00 pm - Show up early don't be too obvious make sure you have a piece of paper with your cache name on
it. Stay away from ground zero and pretend to be a muggle. Try to
blend in which should not be very hard.
7:00 pm - Be at ground zero and a top hat and disposit your cache name into the provided camo can to show proorf that you were
there.
7:08 pm - Mingle, mingle, mingle and jingle, jingle, jingle. Try to meet as many people as
you can in the allotted time.
7:11 pm - A group photo will be taken in front of the nearest light display.
7:13 pm - We will break into a chorus of "Frosty the Snowman", starting with "Frosty the Snowman......"
7:15 pm - That's All Folks. Pick up your stuff, become a muggle again and scram.
