Today's Friday Feature is about Kenny off-roading around Los Angeles in his Jeep. Although Kenny loved using his Magellan GPS, he could never find the perfect resting place that was both sturdy and accessible. Luckily, he found a compatible RAM Mount (pictured right) that met his needs. Kenny explains, "I wanted a sturdy way to mount my Magellan GPS in my Jeep CJ. The suction cup method would not work with off-roading - especially when I fold the windshield down. Since I have a crossbar integrated in my Jeep's rollcage, I mounted a RAM onto a Rockhard aluminum arm clamped to the crossbar. Since the end of the arm will accept more RAM ball mounts, I can also use mounts for a still or video camera or my cell phone. When I use the GPS in my daily driver, I simply move it to that vehicle's cradle. RAM mounts make mounting electronics simple and secure."
