TomTom Live is a bundle of real time services compatible with TomTom's higher end GPS units. These services, including HD Traffic, Speed Cameras, and Google Local Search, are created to keep users constantly aware of changes in their driving route and the surrounding areas.

The HD Traffic feature sends real time traffic information to your GPS. Once received, the GPS takes into account the traffic and provides a new route. Meanwhile, Speed Cameras receives live updates to alert users in the proximity of camera range, allowing them a chance to slow down. Additionally, Google Local Search helps TomTom users find new shops and businesses near their location. The shops and businesses featured are taken directly from Google listings so the points of interest (POI) stay current.
