One of our GPS City customers, Eric, shares his trick on keeping his son occupied during their long drive across Canada. Eric decided to bring his iPad 2 on the trip for his son, Anthony. With access to the internet and videos on YouTube, Anthony was constantly entertained during the long hours in the car. However, Eric wanted to keep the iPad in a secure location so he didn't have to worry about it falling or sliding around in the backseat. Eric found a simple and affordable solution in the iPad clamp mount. The RAM Mount Apple iPad 2 Clamp Mount is the perfect solution to long car trips. Easy to install, the iPad 2 clamp mount does not require any drilling which allows users to move the mount from car to car. On one end, the clamp attaches to the front seat head rest and on the other end, the round plate is secured to a high strength plastic cradle. The clamp mount is designed to adjust at both the cradle and base. By simply twisting the arm knob, Eric could move the mount to give Anthony an optimum viewing angle.
