Buzz Article: Friday Feature: Adding RAM Mounts to Your Boat
In this week's Friday Feature, Al from Michigan shares how using RAM Mounts helped him organize his boat. Read Al's story for pointers on the best way to secure electronics to a boat.

Al explains, "In a boat, you have to keep everything secure. I have called on RAM mounts to secure several items on board. The RAM system is so flexible, and given that you can purchase the needed items as separate parts, I have found no equal to mounting items in the boat. [After all,] you don't want everything flying around on a boat."

"One of the better RAM systems is the 109 arms. They are very heavy duty, and do a great job in keeping stuff secure. I secure my cell phone below decks with a universal 1.5" ball mount arm so that it stays safe. I built several mounts out of 109 series components for my speakers and flat-screen TV. This is the real advantage of the RAM system - you can make exactly what you need from the literally hundreds of individual components available." For more of Al's pictures, check out his original post.
