In this week's Friday Feature, Al from Michigan shares how using RAM Mounts helped him organize his boat. Read Al's story for pointers on the best way to secure electronics to a boat.
Al explains, "In a boat, you have to keep everything secure. I have called on RAM mounts to secure several items on board. The RAM system is so flexible, and given that you can purchase the needed items as separate parts, I have found no equal to mounting items in the boat. [After all,] you don't want everything flying around on a boat."
"One of the better RAM systems is the 109 arms. They are very heavy duty, and do a great job in keeping stuff secure. I secure my cell phone below decks with a universal 1.5" ball mount arm so that it stays safe. I built several mounts out of 109 series components for my speakers and flat-screen TV. This is the real advantage of the RAM system - you can make exactly what you need from the literally hundreds of individual components available."
