Garmin Ringing in the Holidays with the Carol of the Bells

Garmin has started an annual tradition of launching holiday-themed commercials to ring in the season. These short ads describe their hottest products of the season to the tune of the popular Christmas song, Carol of the Bells. This year's videos feature GPS units from Garmin's Marine, Fitness, Outdoor and Vehicle divisions. The three videos offer different scenarios to show how the popular GPS units can be used. The scenarios include a fisherman using the Garmin Echo 550C to find the best spot for casting off, a cyclist collecting riding data from the Edge 800, and a runner proudly crossing a marathon finish line with the help of the Forerunner 610. Since Garmin recently introduced their new OpenCaching website and caching gear, the popular activity of geocaching makes an appearance. One commercial portrays a group of boy scouts, using the Garmin Etrex 20 to locate a treasure chest of geo swag in the woods.
