 Garmin's new release team is hard at work this month with the
announcements of three Special Edition products: the Approach S1 and
two varieties of Forerunners; the 210 and 610 models. The
all-new Approach S1 Special Edition was designed with user feedback in mind. The
original Approach S1 (Black and White styles) were a smashing success, on and off the course,
but customers flooded Garmin with requests for more color options. This
Special Edition product sports a striking white with orange accents
color scheme and, of course, will offer the same exciting features found
in the S1 and S1W models. In keeping with the trend of new color palettes Garmin we'll soon see some very vibrant new Forerunners. There will be an eye-pleasing blue/white Forerunner 610 and a stunning green/white Forerunner 210. Hardcore athletes will enjoy the advanced features of the Forerunner 610, like the Virtual Racer that takes the competitive edge up a notch. For the more recreational runner the easy-to-use pace, distance and time recording Forerunner 210 may be more your stride. Both of these fitness watches will pair with a heart rate monitor for customizing heart rate zones and alerts. Sync to Garmin's Connect website to share your data with friends or analyze current vs. previous run information. All of these limited time units are coming soon, shipping in the Fall of 2102!
