In addition to the 5-year defective exchange program, Lowrance has implemented a 24-hour replacement option; aptly named the 24 Swap Advantage. For a fee, Lowrance will expedite a replacement for qualified defective products within 24 hours. The SIS Advantage program benefits include guaranteed trouble-free operation of Lowrance systems that have been installed by a Certified Dealer or authorized factory. This process ensures the products have been thoroughly inspected and tested during installation as well as training by a qualified technician. The collaboration of these new service programs assures new and prospective boat owners that Lowrance products are not just effective navigation devices, but are backed by a trustworthy company.
