 Garmin strengthens their relationship with the local community near its corporate headquarters by expanding its internship program. They've decided to open a new software engineering facility at the S&T Technology development center on the MIssouri University campus. The building chosen for this program already hosts several other start-up companies. The new facility is intended to create semester-long part-time internships for the entire school year as well as full-time internships during the summer. Students will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with full-time engineers in hopes to develop future Garmin products. Garmin is currently accepting applications for the internship program as well as full-time engineering positions. |
