DeLorme has taken safety to a whole new level with the inReach 2-way communicator. Compact in design, but a powerhouse of safety features, the inReach is an excellent companion on your next outdoor adventure whether it’s on foot or by boat. Built with ease of use in mind, DeLorme now makes it simply to send SOS messages or just a quick message to friends and loved ones to say hello or to send important emergency info.
An onboard GPS within the DeLorme in Reach that provides a high-sensitivity chipset with an accuracy of 10’, you won’t have to worry about this unit losing your position. Under a heavy tree canopy or under blue skies, the inReach will track your every move and will allow you to send your current position to friends and family via text message, e-mail, Facebook, or Twitter so friends & loved ones know where you are, or simply to share cool information about your trip. Two AA Lithium batteries will power the inReach for up to 125 hours.
Connect your DeLorme inReach wirelessly via Bluetooth to an Apple iOS or Android device to send & receive text messages and e-mails. With the ability to send a message that’s up to 160 characters, you are sure to get in all of the important information you need to send. Download the FREE map application for the iOS/Android phone and you will see your tracking information on a detailed map with DeLorme TOPO North America terrain & road maps, allowing for more detailed tracking. Digital Atals of Earth Maps are inlcuded for outside of North America. The inReach now allows you to send detailed SOS messages so not only will you send out your location, but you can also make emergency personel aware of any injuries or other detailed information they may need to be prepared for upon arrival using the Apple iOS or Android devices keyboard.

Overage - $1.50 per message and $0.25 per Track.
Recreation Plan - Unlimited SOS, 40 Messages per month, Unlimited Tracking, $24.95 per Month.
Overage - $0.50 per message.
Expedition Plan - Unlimited SOS, 120 Messages per month, Unlimited Tracking, $49.95 per Month.
Overage - $0.25 per message.
There is a one-time $11.95 activation charge.
