NECESSARY ACCESSORIES.
Pros: allows charging the gps anywhere.great protection.
Makes the GPS unit more versatile - if you intend on using the unit outside of your car or take it when you travel this is a must have.

Pros: all items of excellent quality
Cons: none noticed
A must have for any 4.3 Nuvi Gps. Should be included with the Gps unit and add a few extra dollars at time of initial purchase.
