Please note that your packaging *may* indicate 2011 mapping. When installing your map/update, your computer will connect to Garmin's server and will indicate that 2012 is available for download. Since you have purchased a license to this software/update, this will be available for you to immediately download for no charge. Please be sure to maintain an internet connection when installing this update/download in order to insure that you receive the latest possible software available.
Now offering full access to City Navigator Europe NT maps, which now include full coverage for Bulgaria, Kosovo, Serbia and Turkey, and additional coverage detail for Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Get up-to-date, fully routable maps with over 6 million miles (10 million kilometers) of road coverage and nearly 4.5 million points of interest including restaurants, hotels, ATMs, entertainment venues and more.
PART NUMBER 010-10887-50: Garmin has confirmed that part number 010-10887-50 for the City Navigator Europe DVD is exactly the same DVD as the one on this page with part number. The reason for the slight different in the part number is due to the packaging. The City Navigator DVD that we ship is on a plastic clam shell packaging. The DVD that ships from Garmin is in "web packaging" which means it is just the DVD in its case.
DVD/CD: Maps purchased in this format will require a computer to use. It will allow you to plan trips on your computer
and transfer waypoints, routes and tracks to your GPS device. The installation process installs the mapping to your
computer and specific device. Please note that most mapping products in this format are locked to a single device and
they are non-transferable. City Navigator maps include MapSource (for PC) or RoadTrip (for Mac) and TOPO maps
include BaseCamp (PC and Mac).
City Navigator NT DVD System Requirements:
- Reliable Internet Connection
- USB Interface Cable (included with select Garmin GPS devices)
- PC: Windows XP SP3 or newer, 1 GB RAM, 3 GB free disk space, USB port, DVD drive
- Mac: Any intel-based MAc or PowerPC G4 Mac, OS X 10.4.11 or later, 1 GB RAM, 3 GB free disk space, DVD drive
