Manufacturer Description |
MapSource City Select North America v6 includes detailed maps throughout the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. This product is included with the purchase of a Garmin GPS V Deluxe, iQue 3600, cf Que 1620 , GPS 18, and is also available for purchase as a stand-alone product. See the product compatibility table (right) for a list of products that Garmin recommends with this software.
UNLOCKING AND LIVE TRACKING:
North America City Select v5.0 CD map data must be unlocked prior to use which can be done free of charge via Garmin's unlock pages or by phone. When using a locked MapSource product, the real-time track plotting function will work only with a valid unlock code for the GPS unit being used.

• Includes detailed maps containing highways, interstates, business and residential roads with attributes such as turn restrictions, speed categories and other navigation features
• Over 5 million points of interest such as:

- entertainment
- shopping
- emergency services
- post offices
- camp grounds
- movie theaters and more
• Will automatically create point-to-point routes in MapSource and on compatible Garmin GPS units
• Supplemental coverage of Alaska and Hawaii provided using unverified governmental sources
• Now with "Unlock Wizard" to guide you through the unlock process
• Trip and waypoint management feature lets you transfer waypoints, routes, and tracks between your Garmin GPS and your PC**
**These functions of this product work with nearly all Garmin GPS units, excluding the GPS 100 family and panel mount aviation units.

If someone is thinking about purchasing GPS equipment there is no other place to do business but GPS City. You are customer service the way it should be.......Customer focused. And this level of service has been the mainstay of GPS City for over 10 years which has been my experiences
