WORKS FINE FOR ME
Pros: works well, easy install, info is useful Cons: need better double sided tape (a small issue)
I had no issues with the connctivity and mounting was easy, although the included double sided tape had to be replaced with some 3M tape in order to make it stick under my dash.
I have not discovered all of the features yet, such as how to display a realtime MPG, so some time with the manual may be needed. I know this is possible with my Android based phone and the My Mechanic app.

GARMIN ECO-ROUTE GPS OBD BLUETOOTH
I received the Garmin Bluetooth GPS OBD Cable in just a couple of days from GPS City. I'm using it with a Garmin Nuvi 3760. Out of the box I couldn't get the Eco-Route to couple to the Nuvi. A call to Garmin CS and a very knowledgeable CS rep and we were able to connect the Eco- Route. Part of the problem is the after-market Viper Alarm system with Remote Starting I have on my GMC Denali. Once we got the Bluetooth connection established it has been flawless in its calculations and the additional ECO Icon on the screen helps to remind me that I want to stretch every gallon as far as I am able. I decided to not use the phone Bluetooth connection to the Nuvi due to the frequent short trips I make since the phone would connect as I approached the car and I would occasionally miss a call if I had the Nuvi volume too low to realize it had picked up the call. It is great to be able to see all of the different parameters the OBD system makes available as gauges. I had an occasional issue before I started using the Nuvi with the Eco-Route when there was a conflict with the remote starter and the vehicle's electronics causing a false reading on the O2 sensor to turn on the Check Engine Light. In the past I either had to ignore it until the next oil change or take it to the dealer for a reset at $65. I haven't had the issue materialize since I installed the Eco- Route but having the ability to reset the diagnostic codes will pay for the Eco-Route in no time at all. I'm also using the Eco-Route with different vehicles at work in our fleet when the check engine light comes on to help with troubleshooting.

NEAT BUT...
Pros: neat gimick, easy to use Cons: disconnects, mileage not always correct, onstar bl
I've had a few issues with this device, 2011 Silverado, eratic MPG readings, spontanious disconnects, Onstar can't read my truck while it is attached. Seems more stable after a few weeks, but I'm not sure it is woth the drawbacks. Neat toy though.(1490LMT Garmin)

EVENTUALLY WORKS VERY WELL IN A SINGLE SITUATION
Pros: quick delivery easy to install interesting info Cons: unreliable until seond tank of gas.
After first installation the fuel effiencey info was way off. By the second gas tank it had corrected. Also, when I took the GPS on vacation when I got back, it tried to tell me that I had travelled over 20,000 km on one tank of gas. Info was fixed by next gas tank. Other than this limitation, it works very well and is easy to install.

NOT WORTH IT
Hard to keep accurate mileage reports when the unit has to be reset every couple of weeks because it looses connection with the GPS. Tried with two GPS units and same problem. Only monitors a few basic engine functions. For the price it should do much more.

GOOD
Pros: ecoroute cable saves data when it is not connected Cons: occasionally drops the bluetooth connection
I was very happy with my experience with gpscity.I ordered the item after lunch on a Wednesday and was told it would be delivered by noon the next day and it was! The ecoroute cable installed in minutes and so far works as advertised.I had an engine light come on and was able to get a code on it and then reset it.I am using it with a Nuvi 1490 LMT in a GMC truck.I am also impressed with the accuracy of the tracking of litres used and litres per 100 kms.I also like how the cable records data when it is not connected and sends it to the GPS when it connects again.

ECOROUTE ESP CABLE BLUETOOTH
Pros: being able to reset engine codes Cons: having to enter vehicle info too often
This is a really neat device, but it does not want to keep my vehicle info stored so I have to set the profile too often for my liking. This does not happen every day but at least 5 out of 7 days. The reset of codes is very nice and works fine - all the little gauges that can be looked at are also very nice. The addition of info on many of the other screens is very welcomed. I have had no problem in it connecting only in deciding that it was in a different vehicle when it was not. Maybe it is just my HHR? I will be trying it in an Expediton in the near future, just have not had the oportunity to do that yet.

BAD EXPERIENCE
Pros: easy installation and setup. Cons: you'll have to do the setup about a million times.
I've had the device for the past 3 weeks or so. it runs perfectly, except that each time I start my car (2002 Mazda MPV), I have to enter the settings again... and again,,, and again... I emailed Garmin support, they called me the next day to take more info, and that was it I haven't heard from them since (that was a week ago).
