The eTrex Venture offers a worldwide database of cities and increased internal memory.
The memory capacity of one megabyte allows the eTrex Venture to accept downloaded information from GARMIN's new MapSource Points of Interests CD-ROM. The CD enables users to download locations such as restaurants, hotels, shopping, and entertainment. Once the information is loaded into the unit, you can make a selection and telephone and address information for a particular point of interest will appear on the screen. The CD also includes marine data such as lights, buoys, wrecks and obstructions.
The eTrex Venture comes housed in a stylish, translucent green case.

• Tracks: Automatic track log saves up to 10 tracks to retrace your path
• Memory: 1MB internal memory for downloading points of interest
• Calendar: Built-in calendar with best fishing and hunting time recommendations
• Waterproofness: Meet rigid IEC 529 IPX7 waterproofness standard (submersible for 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter) NB: Electronics are protected if immersed, but battery compartment may get wet. Make sure batteries and compartment are dry before using.
• Display Resolution: High resolution screen, 160 x 288 pixels, 17454 pixels per square inch
• Position Format: May be selected. Latitude/Longitude, UTM/UPS, Maidenhead, MGRS, Loran TDs, and other grids included.
• Display Language: User interface may be customized for English, French, Spanish, German, Italian or Swedish.
• Area Calculation: Venture version 2.26 software update added a new accessory to calculate the area of a track. The area of a saved track is displayed on the track detail page.

Bought my first GPS from you guys many, many years ago. Found this mount on your site several dollars less than the manufacturer, but they wanted $14.95 for the shipping! No Brainer!
