The FREE Garmin Forerunner Logbook allows you to download, save, archive and view tracklog data from your Forerunner GPS.
 Once downloaded, you can see the shape of your run and its vertical profile, add important notes to a run, clean up your run history (delete data), and export your run history into a XML data format.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. The Forerunner Logbook application is not compatible with Windows 95.
2. It is only compatible with the Garmin Forerunner 201, and cannot be used with any other GPS unit.
3. This will not work with the Forerunner 101.
