Have you always wanted to use your Forerunner 405 or 310XT to calculate speed and distance when training indoors? Well now you can!
This lightweight foot pod transmits distance and pace data, and it's small enough to attach to shoelaces or fit in the mid-sole pocket of compatible shoes. Speed and distance information is calculated in the Foot Pod and transferred to compatible fitness units when GPS reception is unavailable.
The information from the Foot Pod will be automatically displayed and stored. This Foot Pod runs on button cell battery power and provides approximately 200 hours of use.
