Pros: good product and price
Cons: shipping took almost 1 week for expedited shipping
Product was good but shipping was slower than expected which might be courier issue rather than shipper problem.

SHORT LENGTH
Cons: arm to short
Bought this item to replace the original to mount my Garmin Nuvi 350 on the windscreen of my 2007 Honda Civic. Sticks to the glass well but the arm is to short to allow the gps unit to sit staight up with the antenna extended.GPS can still be mounted but is not as adjustable as was the case with the original.

The new windshield suction mount has excellent ability to stick to windshield. The original one that came with my Garmin Nuvi lost its suction after 2 years. And I did not have it on my windshield all of the time.

Pros: no glue on the dash and gps where i want it.
Cons: doesn't hold its suction for more than about a wk.
I was disappointed that the Nuvi 465T came with only a dash mount. I wasn't willing to glue that to the dash of my motorhome. The suction mount was worth its price, but should have been included with the GPS.

Cons: poor customer service
This item was not a purchase it was a warranty replacment. I had to pay $9.50 shipping and as I was away from home requested via the telephone call thatthe item be sent to the address where I was staying,also in the return package I wrote the address where I was Staying,It was sent to my home address !.

After buying my new Garmin Nuvi I needed to buy extra mounts for different uses. I bought the G-Ball mount and other mounts and adapters for mounting the Nuvi, I am pleased with everything that I bought from GPS City.

G BALL SUCTION MOUNT WEARS OUT
Pros: its cheap to replace
Cons: leaves rubber behind eventually wearing out
I use the suction mount in Rental cars my dads car and have removed the suction mount quite a few times. Each time I remove it, it leaves rubber on the windshield. It's at that point now where it won't stick. It has been 2- 3 years though. 12 bucks every 2 or 3 years is not bad at all.

WORKS AS A REPLACEMENT FOR THE GARMIN QUEST
I broke the suction cup mount for my Garmin Quest and saw this and figured for $11 I would see if it worked. The Garmin replacement for the Quest is $54, so this one cost $43 less. It is fixed unlike the Quest mount, but you can still position the cradle to your liking, you just can't move the mounting ball up and down like the original Quest's suction cup mount. Thumbs up for a cheap replacement!
