Andrew Kamloops, BC Feb 3, 2012	GREAT MULTI-PURPOSE DISPLAY Pros: bright screen, many different pages and alarms Cons: does not send nmea0183 to other devices I'm building a nmea2000 Garmin network and this display works great. I will install it inside the boat so I can have all information available at the navigation station. My network will interface other instruments including Raymarine. GMI 10 is less expensive then the new i70 displays from Raymarine. Unfortunately, gmi 10 does not send nmea0183 information to other devices (vhf dsc radio) - it only accepts nmea0183 info. gonesailingwes Ladysmith, BC May 19, 2009	GARMIN GMI 10 Pros: very nice numbers and graphs Cons: manual not up to date Screen is small but great clarity. Manual is not up to date. It has a nice little collection of graphing functions (not mentioned in manual) that after the first sail worked very well for me. Units and descriptors small, but numbers good size.
