WASTE OF MONEY
Pros: haven't seen any yet Cons: need to spend and additional $150 to make it work
My company just threw away $200 to give me an award for 25 years service and I need to spend an additional $150 for SW (Maps) and accessories to make it work! What a great award. For $150 I can buy some other functional unit at Costco

BEST BASIC GPS
Pros: everything i need.accurate and rugged. Cons: display little small for mobile operation.
Not complicated. Batteries last forever. And I love the external antenna plugin. Will never buy a GPS without a external plugin. What a great feature! Had it for 3 yrs.

SMALL SCREEN PROBLEMS
Pros: data cable included Cons: not easy to use
I bought this as a replacement for my Garmin 72. I am disappointed. The screen is small. Do not buy this one if you have trouble reading small text. The text display info can be very small. Many functions have blue text against a dark grey background which can only be seen under very strong light. For some reason, the main display page is mostly GPS graphics and leaves out basic data like the current time and date. Compared to my old 72, trying to edit waypoint information is also unnecessarily complicated. For basic fishing, hunting, and not getting lost in the woods, the Garmin 72 or 78 series would likely be less expensive, more intuitive and easier on the eyes.

GPSMAP60
Just purchased it recently as a gift for my son, I haven't had a chance to ask him how he liked it. I personally have a Garmin gps12 for many years and like it , so I decided to stay with Garmin. The reason I chose gpsmap60 over others was its rating and also the fact that the battery life are longer then others and uses only 2-AA batteries, also the unit is waterproof.

USERS FRIENDLY
Pros: rugged, oither than that ,no comment yet Cons: instruction could be more simplified
Just got this GPS from GPS CITY. Good service prompt delivery. But like other owner said that the instruction is not that users friendly. Still struggling to find out how to use it. But the structure of this product is good, rugged.

EXCELLENT GPS
Cons: little difficult to read in bright sunlight
Accurate and easy to use. Tough and rugged. Used extensively on ATV and Kayak Trips and never had a problem with reception or accuracy yet. Been dropped in mud, and rained on all day and never quit.

GARMIN GPSMAP60
I am new to using a GPS so it is early for me to determine how satisfied I am with it. Have not been out much yet to use it so still undecided. Some of the manual layout and explanation is not that user friendly for a novice user.

Have been using this for 3 months and it's great . I have two other different types and only one gets good reception but this gets great reception ,I even had 12 satellites one time . It has good battery life . Color maybe good for some but B/W is just as good and with less problems .

This is an awesome product for the money. I use it for geocaching, running workouts, and auto navigation. When geocaching I'm about +/- 3 feet.
