20+ YEARS GPS USAGE
Pros: ease of operation and detailed on-line manual Cons: haven't found any yet and don't expect to.
excellent allaround unit. Small enough to cary in a belt case and large enough for vehicle use. With the city streets and ram mount verbal guidance is available. A Goechachers dream In the next edition of my book I willv recomment this unit for general off road, hiking, geocaching etc. As an owner of 5 different makes of GPS units, the only brand I now recommend is Garmin.

GOOD PRODUCT PLAGGED WITH BUGS
Pros: good hiking / geocache / marine gps Cons: some missing feature for road use
This is a really good product but even in 3.10 there is always a lot of bugs. Screen freeze during routing, reboot when manipulating UI.
Regarding the features Route feature is not very good for a $650 product: - No Junction View - No cyclops... - No nuroute / TMC ... Thats a little rude because you need to buy the GPS + Mount + City Navigator!

PROBLEM WITH TOUCH SCREEN
Had mine mounted on my KTM ADvenbture Bike (Garmin Rugged mount).. first use (after a week ride) the touch screen began acting up... dicussed with Garmin Help desk and the unit had to be replaced on Warranty. The new one comes next week so we'll see if this was a one-off issue or they all wil develope touch screen problems...? GPS City provided great customer service by taking the unit back and replacing...

EXCELLENT
This is the best GPS yet. I can use it as a Nuvi, or as a tracker, in my van or on any of my motorcycles, and as a camera even! I really like that I can set up profiles for different vehicles and set up the dashboard any way I like. What a great gizmo.

Cons: lacks junction view/lane change in city navigator
I am new to the outdoor gps so you may need to take my opinions with a grain of salt. It will take awhile for me to master this but I like having the many features at my disposal including camera, city navigator option, etc. I'll be okay when I get the shortcuts figured out. On my nuvi, I love having the junction view and lane change features so I am hoping that Garmin can do some sort of firmware update.

GREAT FEATURES - NOT RUGGED THOUGH
Pros: big screen - lots of features Cons: not rugged
I bought this soley for the larger screen to replace my 60csx. And it works quite well. Easy to read in sunlight. Good touch screen, Works well with topo maps.
I have it rubber mounted to my offroad bike with the rugged mount. After about 10 hours off offroad use hours it is starting to power off by itself. Its fine when hand holding or riding on a smooth road.
So if you are planning on using this off-road with your ATV, mountain bike, dirt bike, 4x4, you might have to rethink it.

REALLY NICE GPS
Pros: top of the line. Cons: a little large.
Once again, the guys have pulled a rabbit out of their hat. The large screen size is great (I don't need my readers with it). Easy to read, even in strong sunlight. Great features. Lots of advanced functions. I can't say enough about the screen size...it makes all the difference in the world. Yes, it is definitely a spendier unit, but in my view well worth the cost.
