CRADLE
It looks good but the top clip broke right away after using it twice. It is not made very well. I like how it is made for my GPS but not good quality.

GARMIN NUVI 16XX CRADLE REPLACEMENT
Pros: everything they do.
Cons: nothing at all.
This was my first purchase from GPS City and it was a great experience. The price was great and I could even pay through my debit card! They shipped the item the same day. The communication was excellent and I was kept updated about the item status and intimated the shipping tracking details which was quite relieving. Especially Mr. Jordan of the Customer Sales & Service department was very communicative and kept the correspondence open until I received the product. The product received was exactly as listed and well packed with proper bill and instructions. The service of GPS city impressed my quite a lot and I look forward to buy more products from them should a need arise. I would also certainly recommend any needy to go ahead and place orders from GPS city as I am confident on them so I recommend them first.

GARMIN NUVI 16XX CRADLE REPLACEMENT
Pros: exact replacement
Cons: none noted
Seems to be an exact replacement for the one I received when originally purchasing my Garmin. I bought it as a second cradle for use on my motorcycle. I have not used it yet but initial impression is that it is a perfect replacement.
