PERFECT REPLACEMENT
Pros: exact replacement
Cons: none
Although I initially received the wrong part, customer svc took care of the issue and sent me the correct part the same day they were notified of the problem. (and upon receipt, a return label was included so I could send back the wrong part)
This is an exact replacement for the part that originally came with my Nuvi and was much cheaper than any other vendor I could find, especially direct from Garmin. I highly recommend.

Perfect order, perfect fit, perfect shipping. No issues - the way internet shopping should be. Just wish they were cheaper.
Like Tom, I thought repeated snapping would weaken female socket, but it actually broke while snapped in packed tightly in a suit case. I'm unsnapping from now on!

GARMIN NUVI CRADLE
Received the item in a timely manner. It is an exact replacement. The last one broke where the ball joint inserts into the cradle. I believe it broke due to handling the device by the GPS unit alone and by repeated snapping in and out of the ball joint into the cradle. I think it best to leave the ball joint inserted all the time. Also making that part of the cradle from metal rather than plastic would help.

It appears that this is made by Garmin as a replacement for a cradle that came with my 660. I used immediately and it did what it was suppose to. The best thing was that it was inexpensive to purchase it from GPSCITY.COM compared to some of the other sites where you had to buy additional items in order to get the cradle. Also, the speed in which it was shipped and arrived was extremely quick.
