The Garmin StreetPilot 2620 has over 400MB of Internal Memory for downloading extra auto-routing MapSource Software, like MapSource MetroGuide Canada, City Navigator Europe, City Navigator Australia or City Select South Africa.
WHAT DOES 'NO COMPUTERS NECESSARY' MEAN?:
The Garmin StreetPilot 2620 is ready to use out of the box. Computer downloading is NOT required. The unit does not require batteries, or any extra accessories to make it function. Everything you require to make the StreetPilot 2620 work is included in the package.
The unit has all of the United States and metropolitan areas of Canada already installed in the internal 2GB hard drive.
