SUPER RUGGED UNIT!
Pros: super rugged great radio and gps. Cons: none at all.
My wife and I acutually use these for dirt biking so we can keep track of each other if we get seperated. The built in camera is a nice feature and is adequate. 100k topo is pretty useless so plan on getting the 24k in addition. The radio is great and we use it all the time, even to communicate while I am in the garage working on stuff. The battery life is kind of unbelievable. It is so good that I leave the screen on full time at full brightness with the radio on and still get a few outtings out of it. I thought I would worry about the touch screen durability but it has not been a problem and I have learned to love it. On a final note, as a GPS it is a full functioning and fantastic. Everyone askes about them and are kind of turned off by the price, but the cheaper unit with 1 watt radio would be equally as good if the camera feature is not that important to you, though it is one less thing to carry. We have not even used our radios in 5 watt mode and we ride in the mountains of Colorado, but it is nice to know we can if there is an emergency.

GREAT ITEM, NEEDS LEARNING CURVE
Pros: compact, functional, efficient Cons: garmin tries to milk you for more, and more, and .
GPS City is ******OUTSTANDING**** The Rino 655t does just about everything but blow in your ear. However, the documentation should provide more information about the channels, tuning, frequencies, etc. Additionally, a copy of the "City Navigator" should be included by Garmin, they will try to update you each year for a fee thereafter, so why not hook you up front. Additionally, people should be aware that "Big Brother" is going to soak them $85.00 for a radio operators license.

TOUCH SCREEN TO TOUCHEY!!
Pros: really fast sat hook up Cons: touch screen and mute
Dont get me wrong, this is a very good unit. But the touch screen changes pages while handling it or carrying it around. And you need to turn off the radio mute every time u turn the unit on. It has a thumb tac on the map screen that re positions itself every time you touch the map. This can completely move your location off screen. Maybe I just need to get used to it, but my 120 was much easier to use. 2 thumbs up for the quick sat hook up though.

MUST HAVE FOR HUNTING!!
Pros: this gps has no flaws! Cons: none!!
This gps is the best handheld i have ever owned. I have field tested this gps three times and it has proven its self with a perfect score. well worth the money spent. I have draged this gps through the worst of weather, sand, mud, and it has taken a massive beating and still it does its job flawlessly.I own three of these 655t's and plan on picking one more up for my father when i return home. this gps has saved my life and has proven its self in combat to be a hero that I will always call my friend!
