This mounting bracket for the Rino Series has all the qualities you're looking for: lightweight, portable, adjustable. The mounting bracket is jointed, allowing you to position your unit out of the sun's glare.
This GPS City Pack includes two different mounting bases.
• Non Skid Base
• Suction Cup Base
NON SKID MOUNTING:
The non skid base will connect to the upper two portions of the Rino Suction Cup Mount. Simply remove the pin connecting the center arm and the suction base, and replace it between the non skid base and center arm.
The non skid mount allows you to place your GPS unit on the dash of your car, or any flat surface, without drilling, screwing or sticking anything to your dash. The weight of the 'bean filled base' will hold your mount and unit right were you left it. It is a temporary mount that can be easily moved from place to place.
SUCTION CUP MOUNTING:
The Garmin Suction Cup base has a locking pin to hold the suction cup to glass like it was glued. Easily installed and removed, the suction cup is another great temporary mount. |
