With official IGN (France) data in 1:25,000 scale, TOPO France provides the latest generation of vector-based topographic maps to bring you an unrivaled visual display of height contours and color palettes. Coverage includes topographic detail of the following regions in France: Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast, and countrywide.
TOPO France is intended for use in Europe. All content and map data is available in French.
- Offers regional and countrywide coverage of France on DVD and preloaded microSD™/SD™ cards.
- Provides official IGN (France) data in 1:25,000 scale.
- Provides the latest in vector-based topographic maps to greatly improve the height contours and color palette.
- Contains an extensive points of interest database including food and drink, lodging, parks, trails, camping, fuel and more.
- Provides turn-by-turn navigation on metropolitan and rural roads, paths and trails.
- Includes pre-loaded MapSource® software that lets you plan trips on your computer and transfer routes and waypoints from your computer to your compatible device.
- Offers 3-D itinerary when used with Oregon® and Colorado® GPS devices.
- Includes built-in Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data that offers 3-D terrain shading and route elevation profiles to help estimate terrain grade.
- Includes a variety of recreational information such as paths, official trails, shelters, lakes, mountains, hills, rivers, forests and more.
- Displays local parks, forests and recreational and wildlife area boundaries.
Pre-programmed datacards: Pre-programmed datacards can be immediately installed for use in your device. Simply
unpack the card and insert it into your compatible GPS device. These maps do not need to be unlocked to your device
which allows you to use the card with multiple units if desired. However, you will not have access to the mapping on your
computer. Maps in this format will need to be purchased separately when a new version is released.
