Cons: careful not to hit the release button while riding
A must have when riding without the GPS mounted on the cradle. Keeps wet and dirt off the electrical contacts.

Pros: nice accessory
Very nice accessory to protect electrical connectors on cradle when I don't have the gps installed in the cradle. Was great to find a replacement as I lost my original while on long cross country trip.

MUST HAVE, LOST MY ORIGINAL
Pros: protection for the $50 motorcycle mounting base
Cons: none
Had mine in the case and rode off with it on the back seat. This is a must have to seal and protect the motorcycle mount when the Zumo is not attached. There are small spring loaded pins in the mount that are not weatherproof and rely on either the seal of the Zumo (when mounted) or the seal of this cover (there is a rubber gasket on this cover that seals the pins from the elements).

Not too much can be said..it keeps the weather off the contacts. So it works and makes me feel better to have the zumo cradle covered when not in use. Possible cuts down on corrosion.
