EXCELLENT SPORTS CAMERA
Pros: high quality, high framerate Cons: the suction cup mount lacks a full range of motion
An excellent camera with lots of mounting options. Great video quality. Good options. It doesn't really have any "Oh, I wish it could do this..." feel to it. I have no regrets buying this camera
The extra LED screen is highly recommended because the built-in LCD screen is a bit cryptic, and it's nice to get an actual preview of what you are recording.
The suction cup mount is not so great. With the included extension arm it still only really has motion in two out of three dimensions. I'd also recommend getting an adapter and going with the RAM Mount system if you want better mounts (such as their suction mount with two ball-and-socket joints).

SWEET CAMERA
Pros: lots of mounting versatility, great pic quality Cons: have to pay extra for the lcd bakpack screen
Takes great video and the batteries last a long time when you buy the extra battery bakpack. Works great for showing people what pics can't show! Especially for the outdoors stuff!

GREAT CAMERA
Cons: no sd card included.
Great little camera with multiple mounting positions. Used inside and outside car with excellent picture quality. LCD screen little hard to use at first due to ambiguous symbols.

I REALLY WANT TO LIKE THIS CAMERA
...but unfortunately, my opinion is at best mixed. I am leaving tomorrow morning to ride down the Oregon and California coasts, returning through Death Valley, Yosemite, etc. I got the GoPro to document my trip. I ride a 2008 Harley Ultra decked out for touring. First the bad. The suction cup mount invites sticking the unit on the front fairing, with a high, unobstructed view. The shake on my front end, however, means that at the best, video is nausea-inducing, and at worst it is completely unwatchable. Other suction-cup mounting locations were no better. Wearing the camera on the top of my helmet reduces the shake caused by motor and road vibration, but the camera jerks every time I check my gauges or mirrors. The end result is different, but not much more usable. At highway speeds, this mounting causes lots of buffeting of my helmet, and would not be comfortable enough to wear for a day, or even a couple of hours. Now, on the other hand, using the camera to shoot a still every "X" seconds is much more useful. With such a short lens, virtually everything is almost always in focus, no matter how fast, how rough, etc. On the other hand, such a short lens also produces impressive keystone effects, and camera direction is very critical for this. Lens flare is quite noticeable unless the sun is over your back, although it is kind of "artistic." The best I have come up with so far is to stick one of the hard mounts on the bottom of my windscreen just above the fairing. This is a reasonable compromise in terms of being high enough to get a reasonable view of the road without distorting the road surface. Video still is worthless, but it is a good mounting for still pictures. Jamming the little rubber do-dad into the buckle helps to reduce the vibration a bit. Finally, both with the suction cup mount and the various bits that I had to join together to use the windshield mount, I experienced the camera tilting forward until it was taking pictures of my front tire. There doesn't seen to be any way to tighten the fittings tight enough to prevent this without risking breaking the plastic. Hopefully, more playing around with the camera will lead to some better solutions. For the price, it is a toy worth playing with. But it has fallen short of my expectations, and I am a bit disappointed.

GREAT PRODUCT, ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
Great image quality for such a tiny fix focus camera, simple operation once it is set up.
However, the more than just basic display is really annoying. All it shows are cryptic abbreviations - you never know how much more video you can record, if you want to change settings, you'll need the user manual to understand the meaning of the abbreviations. As all CMOS cameras it is somewhat delicate for vibrations, which cause rolling shutter / jello effects.

GOPRO HD MS
Pros: small unit, over 2 hour of video per charge, Cons: mounts aren't snug enough- camera can skake
This is a very good camera, great picture. dawn and dust or times of low lighting do present a problem and the viewing becomes fuzzy, but for the most part it works very well, daylight is crystal clear.
The camera clip mounts could be a little snugger as they do have a little movement which can shake the unit on bumpy rides, (a small piece of plastic bag or cloth fixes this!)
the camera itself can also move a little inside the housing, I used a small piece of fuzzy velcro with a sticky back to stick to the inside bottom of the housing. Works great and keep the camera solid-ly in place.
The stick on mount work great and are very sticky and stay in place.
I highly recommend the RAM mount adaptor for limitless mounting options.
Cheers.

GOPRO HD
Pros: compact size, no external recorder needed Cons: none yet
This little camera is the cat's ass! Easy to use and simple to setup I was watching Hi Def videos inside of an hour. The mounts seem to work very well, I boiught it for my motorcycle but tried it out a few times in the car and it was excellent, including sound.

HERO HD
Pros: small and easy to use Cons: no zoom
This camera is very easy to use and interfaces with the desktop very well. I haven't used it too much, but as long as the lighting conditions are good, the video is pretty good.
