The Zoombak Universal A-GPS Locator is a simple and ingenious way to keep track of anything that that needs keeping track of - including bicycles, backpacks and more! Using Assisted Global Positioning System (A-GPS), which utilizes both satellite and cellular technologies, Zoombak can help to more precisely and reliably determine the location of your Zoombak Locator.
Our small, lightweight, water-resistant locator attaches to whatever it is you want to track with our secure pouch. You can pinpoint your Zoombak's location on-demand via Zoombak.com, mobile phone or live customer care. You can also determine your Zoombak's location in real time using our continuous tracking option. Simply log on to Zoombak.com to view a map of your Zoombak's current location, as well as its path taken since leaving its original location. Once you create and activate your own customized safety zones, you can be promptly notified by text message and/or email (your choice) when your Zoombak leaves the zone.
Unlimited on-demand location requests, an easy-to-use website, and a 24/7 toll-free phone number for live customer care and location support, will provide you with the peace of mind you are looking for in pet safety.

- An on-demand locate helps you to find your dog’s current location wearing the Zoombak Advanced GPS Dog Locator.
Personalized Safety Zones
- A safety zone is a personalized virtual boundary around a location you choose. When your Zoombak leaves or arrives to the safety zone, you are alerted via email and/or text message. You can create up to 10 safety zones of which 5 of those can be active simultaneously at any given time. Safety zones can be quickly and easily turned on and off via Zoombak.com.
Continuous Tracking
- When you activate Zoombak's continuous tracking feature, you can get automatic updates of your Zoombak's location every 5 minutes for up to 1 hour. Your car's location, with time and date, will be shown on a map on Zoombak.com.
Location History
- Zoombak’s location history allows you to see where your Zoombak has traveled for the past hour, day or week. Your location history will be available for your review on Zoombak.com for up to 7 days.
Device Alerts
- You can opt-in to have Zoombak notify you via email and/or text message (your choice) when your Zoombak Locator has been powered off or has a low battery. You can add multiple email addresses and mobile phone numbers to receive device alerts.
24/7 Live Customer Care
- Zoombak customer care representatives are available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling toll-free 1-866-951-0101. A live representative can assist with locating your Zoombak or answering any other questions you may have about your Zoombak A-GPS Universal Locator and account.
A-GPS Technology
- Zoombak uses Assisted GPS (A-GPS) technology. A-GPS uses both satellite and cellular technologies to help more precisely and reliably determine the location of your Zoombak Locator.
