We are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.1% only on orders shipped or picked up within the State of Nevada. We DO NOT collect taxes for sales to residents or businesses located in any other state.

A little known fact is that Section 9 of the Constitution of the United States of America (which states "No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State.") prohibits the collecting of sales taxes or duties across state borders. However, users in other states may be required to report their individual sales use tax. You should check with your local state tax office.
