The RAM-D-201-C RAM Mount Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Short 3.63 inch Long Double Socket Arm has a socket at either end to allow a 2.25 inch diameter ball accessories to be connected. A tightening screw on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to a RAM 2.25 inch diameter ball. When loosening the side screw, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets allowing you to pivot the ball and socket connection or completely disconnect the ball from the socket. The arm length is 3.63 inches when measured from socket center to socket center.

Jim Pensacola September 16, 2009	LARGE RAM MOUNT Pros: helpful to obtain proper viewing angle. Cons: did not supply any mounting hardware. The quality of the ram mount was defective and it was a hassle, time consuming, and an additional expense to get express mounts to exchange it. The product does work, but it is very expensive for what you get. The mfg. advertised the Ram mount fit my fish finder (Lowrance).
