WORKS WELL WITH OFFSHORE NAVIGATOR
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: none at this time
Driver load works as documented, GPS startup with PC worked
as written and Offshore Navigator Light worked the first
time to display the location of my boat.
Verry happy with the purchase

MYSTERY
My Daughter does alot of Mystery Shopping. She needs a good
reliable GPS receiver. This unit sure fits the Bill.

Pros: all good, buying an additional unit.
Cons: none so far
Works great with Jeppesen Flitemap on an Acer Netbook. Set
as a Precedus NMEA. Check the COM port assigned after you
install the driver and insert the GPS.You must unload all
routepacks before you can select "connectionsapollo
Pecedus NMEA COM X 4800 baud. Using in a Falcon 10 and my
Beech Baron. Redhot

GLOBALSAT BU353 USB CABLE GPS
Pros: small, pocketable, looks rugged.
Product works well on Mac and PC.. It has drivers for Linux as well. Price is
good. The attached cable gets the GPS away from the computer, reducing
interference from the computer.

I don't really know if this is a good product or
not because the drivers for it will not load in
my computer, therefore I cannot use it at all. I
am very disappointed.

IMPRESSIVE LITTLE GPS
Pros: senisitive, universal (even works with linux)
Cons: could use a longer usb cord
Very sensitive little unit that picks up
satelites fast! This little unit and a eBook
notebook and the world is at your fingertips.
