This cable networks any NMEA-certified sensor on the boat such as sonar, GPS, multifunction gauge, etc., regardless of brand, to share or display user-selectable data with other instruments installed on the network. For example, the use of a fuel-flow sensor in conjunction with a GPS or speed sensor can provide detailed information to help you manage fuel consumption and calculate range.
Your instrumentation works together to provide you with more options and better performance while using less space on board compared to centralized "black box" arrangements with wires running everywhere.
