Syd Cleveland IN Prior to 2008	Magellan's MapSend Topo 3D V.1.0 is worthless. It has very few trails, no exit numbers for InterStates, does not indicate when you cross a State line. East-West streets can be off as much as 500 feet. Magellan does not allow you to make backup copies, and you have to insert the 3rd CD everytime you want to run the map program. If you damage your CD, they will not replace it, you have to buy the entire set at full price. Three times I spent 45 minutes waiting on the phone for tech support to answer. Magellan's GPS units are fantastic, but their MapSend program is beyond worthless. Do yourself a favor and shop the competition. Recommend? YES 38 viewers found this helpful.

WakeUpCall NV Prior to 2008	After installation program wouldn't recognize that I had the CD in. After being on hold for 47 min with Magellan, they told me that there were problems with a bunch of the CDs that were shipped and that they would send me a DVD that corrected the problem. Jim AZ Prior to 2008	3D Topo was a complete dissapointment. When I traveled with it and the old Topo many trails and back country roads were missing from the new version. Also the new Magellan requirement that only 1 GPS unit per computer prohibited me from using the other 3 explorists I bought. I returned all Magellan units and bought Lowrance. Recommend?
