I can not figure out how to install. The video demonstration of this item isn't working. Do you need anything more besides this device, for example a male mount or/ and a spacer.
Does it fit on a garmin nuvi 765 cradle/bracket you guys sell?

What are the exact RAM parts you have? If you only have the female part you will need the male portion to mate with it.
