Bought my 1450LMT in Burlington Washington, used it on the way home the junction view worked both in Washington and BC. Did an update when I got home and the Junction view failed to work in BC the following week went down to Washington, Junction view stopped working in Washington as well. I took the same route where the junction view worked the first time but like I said after the update it failed to work. Is there a problem with the Up date feature? Or is there another problem?

I was able to verify with Garmin that there was a change in Junction view providers. Because of the change some areas lost some coverage but that will be fixed in future updates as Garmin creates more junction views. The unit will be getting more data than before, in the mean time some areas will be lacking. If after future updates your area is still not getting junction views please call Garmin to let them know. 1-800-800-1020

I keep getting the message "are you really sure you want to erase all user data?" on my screen. Why? and How do I get rid of it? Thanks

You most likely have something like dirt in the bottom right of the screen or a broken screen. If the problem continues after cleaning please contact Garmin.
