Garmin nuvi 1350 does not reset?

1st charged garmin then start button on left top of device then held it for ten seconds turned off garmin 2nd turned back on garminnuvi 1350 and shows GARMIN and froze with holding down the left corner i dident get a reset either

If I understand your question you are trying to do a rest on your unit. when the unit is off put your finger on the bottom right of the screen. Then turn the unit on while holding that corner. A prompt should as you if you want to delete all user data. It may take a few tries. Please also run an update on your unit using the free program Garmin Webupdater.
