Can I get this unit pre-loaded with "City Navigator® North America NT – Canada Only" instead of "City Navigator® North America NT"?

Is "City Navigator® North America NT – Canada Only" more accurate than "City Navigator® North America NT" for Canada?

Are there any problems may appears when I add "City Navigator® Europe NT" in future?

We don't offer the Garmin Nuvi 3490LMT with just Canadian mapping. The Canadian data on the City Navigator North America and Canada are exactly the same.
You will not have any problems adding Europe to this model, the maps come preloaded on a microSD card or on DVD, which can be loaded to a blank microSD card.
