Map Update problem for the Nuvi 2450LM?

I recently purchased a 2450LM and when I downloaded the map update it
said there was not enough memory for the map of North America.
It would only load Canada & border states. I updated my 255W at the same
time and it loaded all of north america.I read there are no memory
constraints on the 2450LM so why doesn't it load all of North America?

The 2450LM has 4Gb of mapping memory so it should be able to hold updates for the next few years. You may of loaded something else on the internal memory that is using space. You will want to delete and voices, vehicle icons and or other data you may of loaded. Then try the update again. If you continue to have problems Garmin can help you over the phone @ 1-800-800-1020
