Jan 1, 2012, 3:37am		 Problem with phone blacking out?, Angel Lara, Manila, Philippines
I bought a new phone, Nokia 500. I was glad that I can download apps for free directly from my phone but is it normal if it hangs up, fade and then black out? The store I bought it from said that I have 7 days where I can return the phone in case of factory defection. Is the fading and blacking out part of the factory defection?

Jan 3, 2012, 8:14am		 Sorry but we do not sell or support cell phones and do not have a good answer for you. Please contact Nokia directly and or your phone dealer. ** a phone will fade and black out when it goes into power save mode. That is dependent on the phone and can be better answered by your retailer.
