I have always had good experiences with Garmin in the past. I am hoping that you can convince me that my last purchase (3790lmt) was not a mistake.
I didn't check the phone compatability list before the purchase, didn't think it was necessary, but after several hours of trying to get my contacts list to automatically pair with the phone, I went to the compatability list and guess what? I can't find a single phone that is compatable with the 3790lmt! Both of our phones are Pantechs one is the Ease and the other is a Breeze. They both will pair and, when prompted by the phone, will pair with the contacts list, but every time you get in the vehicle after that we have to get the phone out of your pocket or purse and accept the request from the 3790 for contacts. All of our older gps units pair with the phone silently and automatically each time you turn it on. What's up? I bought it for my wife for Christmas and she won't use it!! HELP!!

Your Pantech Ease phone is listed as compatible with the current units. The Pantech Breeze is not in the compatible list. Please contact Garmin for assistance with pairing your phone they may have a solution they have done for someone else. 1-800-800-1020
