How to enable the SmartPhone Link on Nuvi 3590LMT?

I recently purchased a Nuvi 3590LMT and like all of the improvements over the last 3 years since my Nivi 885T. One feature I really look forward to is the Live Traffic Cameras on the SmartPhone Link. I downloaded SmartPhone Link, subscribed to all 4 premium features but cannot access them on my Nuvi. Nuvi and DroidX phone both report paired and connected. I can use the phone hansfree through the Nuvi. Nuvi even shows subscription statuses as subscribed. I have tried re-pairing several times. Still nothing from any of the premium services. I see no data activity on the phone when I select these features either.

Not sure if it is a phone setting issue or a gps setting issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You will want to contact Garmin on this issue. 1-800-800-1020 Sorry but we do not have a droid at this time to verify what you may be seeing.
