I just received a new Nuvi 2360LMT and EVERY time I start it, the EULA appears and I must either 'accept all' or 'reject'. Is this constant appearance of the EULA normal for every start?

No the EULA should only show until you first use you GPS unit outside where it can get a GPS lock. Once it gets the lock it should not continue to pop up. You may want to try using the Garmin Webupdater software to make sure there are no fixes for your unit. If the problem continues please contact Garmin 1-800-800-1020 before sending your unit for repair or replacment.

I can't get past the EULA screen. The accept all button doesn't work.

You screen may need calibration. Have you tried touch other parts of the screen to see if it registers those touches? Has your unit been dropped recently or is there dirt along the bezel?

Garmin nuvi Screen Calibration
With the unit off hold your finger in the top left corner of the screen. Turn the unit on while holding your finger in the top left corner. Hold your finger unit you see the calibration screen. Touch the dots on the screen.

I updated my maps on garmin 2360lmt,a couple of days later while using I noticed that the speed warning did not turn red when speeding. What can I do to fix this issue? Thanks

I suggest trying to reload the maps. If that does not work it is best to give Garmin a call to notify them of the problem. 1-800-800-1020
